胶合板卡板,木箱不须消毒处理的说明
    根据2002年3月国际植物保护公约组织发布的第15号国际植物检疫措施标准——《国际贸易中木质包装材料管理准则》和中华人民共和国国家质检总局、海关总署、商务部、国家林业局联合发布2005年第11号公告的规定： “经人工合成或加热、加压等深度加工的包装用木材料，如胶合板、刨花板、纤维板等”是不须进行除害处理的包装用木质材料。因此我公司用胶合板、刨花板制造的卡板（栈板、托盘）和包装箱符合所有进出口国家或地区的检疫规定。

Made of Plywood and Particleboard needn’t Get Rid of the Pesticides

According to the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No.15- “Guidelines for Regulating Wooden packaging Material in International Trade”issued by International Plant Protection Convention(IPPC) on March , 2002 , and Notice No. 11 in 2005 jointly issued by the General Administration of Quality  Supervision， Inspection  and  Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China, the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Commerce, State Forestry Administration in 2005: "The synthetic or heating, pressure, and other deep-processing of wood packaging materials, such as plywood, particleboard, fiberboard and others" are wooden packaging materials that do not need to deal with pesticides. Hence，plywood, particleboard manufacture of wooden pallets (pallet, the pallet) and the wooden crates in our company are in compliance with any import and export state or region’s quarantine regulations.
